Hello friends!  I am beginning a 12 week Whole Healing program and thought you may want to join me! In this program you will find small and do-able steps to gain powerful results. It includes education and support on Whole Food Emotional and Mental Health Cleansing Oxygen Sunlight Exercise Plus much more! This is an on-line program with a weekly short video and audio and weekly assignments to help you apply what you are learning one step at a time.  There is also an option for a weekly 30 minute group call for support.
